Synergy Global Solutions, provider of ASP services, will pre-configure a SonicWALL firewall appropriate for your business size to secure internet and ASP communications. Our ASP Firewall plugs directly into your DSL/Cable modem or T1 router and your local switch connects to the firewall with a standard network cable.

Firewall will be shipped ready for installation; Synergy ASP support staff will walk one of your staff through plugging it into your network. Once installed, the firewall will be monitored 7x24 by Synergy ASP and will assist ASP support staff with assuring quality communications and troubleshooting any communication events.

Firewalls will be preconfigured with standard configuration and sent for customer installation. Any configuration changes outside the scope of the ASP service are billable at Time and Material rates: such as VPNs, antivirus/intrusion protection, changes in internal addressing or external port changes.

Firewall hardware/software supplied as part of this service is the property of Synergy and must be returned to Synergy within 30-days of cancellation of your ASP service. Any unit not returned will be billed to your account.

Units come with Next Business Day express exchange support. If you experience problems with communication to ASP services or with the firewall, contact our 7x24 support staff at 1-877-88-GO-ASP. If a replacement is necessary, the support team will pre-configure a like firewall with your configuration and overnight the new unit to your location. The failed unit should be placed in that box and mailed back to Synergy Global Solutions, 275 Northpointe Parkway, Amherst, NY, 14228; attention: Charlie Gow, Contract Administrator.

Firewall services will be added as a line item under your ASP Service Agreement billing.

This ASP SonicWALL Firewall Service is a requirement for signing up with the ASP.

**Existing ASP customers must upgrade to our ASP SonicWALL Firewall Service as their existing firewall reaches end-of-life.

***Customers who already have a SonicWALL firewall will be charged $10/month for the ASP to monitor and support communication through your existing device.
