PDF Printing

 
The ability to print to an Adobe PDF file is available within the SuccessWare ASP environment. This is accomplished by using the standard printing functionality within the SuccessWare application.
  • Select print and choose PDF Writer
  • Choose the location to save the file
  • Use a PDF reader to open the file & print or send the file as an email attachment
 

 

1. When you print, the Print dialog window appears.

  

 2. Click on the drop down arrow to select a different printer.

 

 3. Locate the printer named PDF Writer and click on it to select it.
 
  4. Click OK to start the print process.
   
  5. A new dialog box will appear, so you can select where to save your PDF file.
 
 6. Click on the drop down box to select the location where you want to save the PDF file. NOTE: Your local PCs C Drive - C$ on ?Client? (V:)
 
 
7. Select the directory where you want the PDF File and then click on Save.
 
 
8. The PDF File will be saved in the selected location. 
From there, it can be printed, attached to an email or whatever you need to do.
