How to print to a PDF file in the SuccessWare ASP environment

Synergy Global Solutions, provider of ASP hosting for SuccessWare, utilizes some of the most advanced technology for Internet and data security available today. When you access the ASP from your PC or laptop, the Citrix software protects your information using both server authentication and data encryption, ensuring your data is safe, secure, and available only to registered users in your organization. Your data will be completely inaccessible to your competitors or membership organizations.
Synergy Global Solutions provides unique ASP user accounts to each company that must be entered each time a user logs on. Our ASP user accounts are separate from your SuccessWare accounts, an added layer of security. Synergy Global Solutions does not have access to your SuccessWare accounts. Passwords for ASP and SuccessWare accounts are stored using encryption and unable to be read.
Each hosted company is stored in separate databases and protected with network, server and database authentication. Access to your data is restricted to your users SuccessWare accounts which your local company controls. No other access to your database is permitted without approval from a duly authorized person from your company.
Tape backups are transported in lock boxed to Iron Mountain by secure carrier.
In addition, SuccessWare ASP is hosted in a secure datacenter that uses redundant physical security, firewalls and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.
